An Le is an Urban Researcher specializing in Spatial Data Science, with a robust academic background in urban design, smart city engineering, and computer science. With a completed master’s degree in Urban Design and Development from Thammasat University and prior study at Seoul National University, An combines technical expertise in programming, GIS, and machine learning with a passion for urban planning and smart city solutions. Through experience as a researcher and teaching assistant at the Institute of Smart City and Management (ISCM), An is dedicated to leveraging data-driven methods to address contemporary urban challenges and contribute to building smarter, more sustainable cities in Vietnam and beyond.
