WP1 - No Single-Use Plastic Journey (NSUP): This package catalyzes a transition to a circular resource economy at Campus V through smart infrastructure and community behavioral shifts. A flagship initiative is the patented AI Trash Bin, which classifies seven distinct waste categories, supported by engagement campaigns like "No Plastic Wednesday" to foster sustainable lifestyles.

WP2 - Glocal Design: This initiative reconciles global urban standards with indigenous wisdom using the Research-by-Design (RBD) methodology. By utilizing the campus as a "regulatory sandbox," it validates adaptive solutions like Sod Culture and Bioswales to optimize thermal resilience and ecological water management in high-density tropical contexts.

WP3 - Towards Net Zero: This module establishes a data-driven Digital Twin integrated with a real-time sensor network. This digital infrastructure provides critical empirical evidence for carbon-neutral decision-making, transforming raw environmental data into actionable insights for both policy validation and international scientific publication.

WP4 - Art for Inspiration: This package employs "ArtTech Fusion" to translate technical environmental metrics into vivid community engagement. Through Hologram exhibitions and Acting Labs, art acts as an emotional bridge, sustaining the long-term commitment of the Quadruple Helix network toward a sustainable, carbon-neutral future.

Framework, the project integrates AI-driven sorting, Digital Twin monitoring, and adaptive "Glocal" design to achieve a Net Zero Campus by 2026.
