🌏 [UEH-ISCM × CAPIRE | AUSTRALIA] INTERNATIONAL WEBINAR FOR STUDENTS🏙️ BEYOND THE MASTERPLAN: PUTTING PEOPLE AT THE HEART OF URBAN PLANNING AND DESIGN
Beyond the Masterplan: Putting People at the Heart of Urban Planning and Design
Who really shapes the cities we live in?
Are cities shaped by masterplans and architectural structures, or by the needs, experiences, and voices of the people who live in them?
In contemporary urban planning and design, understanding communities and enabling people to participate in decision-making are becoming increasingly important.
To provide students with an opportunity to gain international, practice-based perspectives, the Institute of Smart City and Management (UEH-ISCM), in collaboration with Capire Consulting Group (Australia), is organizing a webinar on community participation in urban planning and design.
